Refund Policy

Short version:

Digital products are non-refundable after download. If you have a genuine access issue within 48 hours, email us and we'll fix it.

No refunds after download

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final once the download has been accessed. This is standard practice for digital goods.

Access issues — we will fix them

If you purchased a product and cannot access it due to a technical issue (broken link, missing file, download failure), email support@dplab.store within 48 hours with your order number. We will resolve it — no questions asked.

What is not covered

We do not issue refunds because the product was not what you expected, you changed your mind, or you found a different product you preferred. Please read the product page carefully before purchasing. Each page includes: what's included, honest limitations, and a FAQ.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for a delivered digital product that was as described is fraud. We cooperate fully with payment processors in chargeback disputes and provide delivery evidence.

Exceptions

If a product is significantly different from what was described on the product page at the time of purchase — due to an error on our part — we will work with you to resolve it, up to and including a refund at our discretion.
