1. What you're buying
All products sold on dplab.store are digital goods delivered by download or access link. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is instant upon payment confirmation.
2. License
Each product comes with a specific license detailed on its product page. The default is personal use — one buyer, one person. Commercial or client use licenses are noted where they apply. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license any product without explicit written permission.
3. No earnings claims
Nothing on this site constitutes a promise of income, revenue, or business results. Digital products are tools. Results depend entirely on how you use them. We make no guarantees of any kind about financial outcomes.
4. Refunds
Digital products are non-refundable after download or access has been granted. If you have a genuine access issue within 48 hours of purchase, contact support@dplab.store and we will resolve it. See the Refund Policy page for full details.
5. Intellectual property
All products, their content, structure, and design remain the intellectual property of dplab.store. Purchasing a product grants you the license described on the product page — not ownership of the underlying IP.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use any product to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, or engage in deceptive or harmful practices. Products must be used in accordance with their stated license.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
